Hi!
By looking on the pamphlet, id say it is most likely some kind of tablet running a webpage or dedicated software for display. Notice Home button cutout and camera near the sides.

Sorry for the late reply!!
Yes it is a tablet for local control and there is also one android tv for general control 32".
Both use an android app and communication is by the udp macro of the w5500 component
