Flowcode Support Board

Hi, we are a school and have purchased as licence, but when we try to install V10 it activates but says its a free licence, but if we install version 8 and try and activate we get a warning saying "over number of attempts in activation"
I called for support but was directed to this forum, many thanks in advance
