App Developper: More than one Monitor

Hi Steve
I'm working with 3 Monitor and it's very comfortable to programm with few 2panel and a 3D Panel.
But with the deployd App I work on one or two monitors.
So if some panel are not visible on the main monitor,
I have no way of moving the position of the panels back on the main monitor.
Can I do this with a built-in function? By programming and pressing a switch?
But I can't find a handle (name) for the panels.
regards
Stefan

This may be a bug. Panels that are off-screen should automatically reposition themselves so they are on-screen. I will look into it.

Hi Steve
Debugger faster then deployd?
The Signal for this both Monitor is sending by bluetooth with a small device programed also with Flowcode and PIC32 / RN4677.
If i use FC10 App in debug mode the transmited data is faster than in the deployd mode.
is debuger faster than deployd for some reason?
I will test again if I have tested correctly.
regards
Stefan

The speed of the simulation in Flowcode can differ from the speed of a deployed Flowcode App, and I have seen cases where the simulation is faster than deployment.

I have looked into this and it seems to be working ok. If a deployed app is launched and a window would open off-screen, it is automatically moved so it is on-screen.
So maybe the panels are there but are behind each other?

Hi Steve
On my nice windows11 computer,
I have written an app with 3 panels left, middle, rigth distributed on three monitors.
Unfortunately I can load the app and the deployd program on my computer with only one monitor, but then I have no access to the panel left and rigth. only with the 2 or 3 monitors again. Also not with restart FC10 or even restart the computer.
I guess (hope) on windows 10 it works without problen to use. I will try this later on a win10 PC.
This is not a big problem at the moment.
regards
Stefan

Hi Stefan,
Here's what that app looks like when I open it on my PC with 1 monitor. With 2 monitors, one panel is on the left and the others are on the right.
I will try to discover if Windows 11 is doing something different for me and if so, why.

Hi Steve
Maybe it's just a win11 problem and/or just my computer.
For the program mode I found a way to get the panel back and before I deploy a have the press this button ....
make a new App with some panel nicely arranged:

got to windows:

use Layout manager and save a preset:

open the program with the missing panel and press get 5 panel and all panel are back:

a little strange, you can not yet touch the panel... but once again open/close the layout manager then you can use the panels nice again:

Hi Stefan, I'm glad you have found a workaround.

FYI, I asked a colleague to try your app on win11 with one monitor and it shows the same as I am seeing - i.e. the "left" and "right" panels are correctly repositioned onto the display. So I think perhaps the problem may be peculiar to your PC.
