Problem icons on QAT

We've recently discovered a problem with the Quick Action Toolbar (QAT) - i.e. the set of icons you can add to the caption bar at the top of the Flowcode windows. If there are certain icons on it, then Flowcode can crash in some situations.
The icons you must not add to the QAT are any in "Component Libraries" (including the component search) and specific component macros in the "Show" section of "User Macros".
So if you have experienced a random crash (e.g. Flowcode closes without warning), then you may want to remove these icons from the QAT.
