I think I have the exact same board as you ,you gave me the link to the board so what works with you should work with me
I got it to run at 2MHZ thanks for your efforts ,Do you know how long is the boot loader delay on your board mine seems to be around 15 seconds before the board starts to run the new code may be that was my mistake
