Hello, i have just called and am having problems with my activation code.

Are you activating within Flowcde or via the website?
Can you give more details on the steps you have taken and any messages that could have popped up?

I am a student at Canterburry College and have been given a activation code of D7C871D3-F952-4DBE-8AA2-219B07DA4987. this activation code has now been used but when i go to log on to flow code it comes up with an error. the error code is V0W000007e5NV my user name is Andyb123 my number is: <Removed by admin>

I have removed your personal phone number so you don't get unwanted people ringing you.
In the future please don't post your phone number (or any other personal information) on public forums.
Your issue has been forwarded to a member of staff that can assist further.
This will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Hello, this has now been resolved and was caused by a server outage.
Andy your license has been refreshed, so you can now active via Flowcode.
If within a project then:
Help, Licensing, Manage
If via launcher then Licensing, Manage
You should be good to go.

For anyone who has the same issue, Mattix staff will need to refresh your license.
Please post on this topic if you are experiencing the same issue.

I am a teacher in IUT Nîmes in France.

I have the same problem with key B171FEF1-C39C-4C31-9A6D-<Removed> for one of my student.
HisFlowcode account is salim_hami.

Would it be possible to refresh his key as soon as you can.

Hi Christophe.
I can see the key in the system has been assigned to salim_hami, but it has not been added by salim_hami to their account
to do that salim_hami will need to login, then add the key on the activation page.

When we try to activate the key, we get the following error message : " This key is already flagged as being consumed, please visit your ..."
The day we tried to activate the key, we had a no answer response from the server.
