The academic version of Flowcode contains all feature packs and is allowed for use within an academic institution.
The professional version allows Flowcode to be used in a commercial environment. The features include depend on what has been bought as part of the licence.

Apart from the commercial licence, there should be no difference between the features in the academic version and the professional version (assuming all feature packs have been added). I don't think there is an upgrade path to convert between the academic version and the professional version.
