Version 9 version of Flowcode to the version 10 PRO

How do i upgrade my version 9 version of Flowcode to the version 10 PRO i have purchased on order # 1000005894.
And how do I update while still keeping all the tool-chains i have installed i my version 9?
I have tried to download the version 10 installer from the web page but it only install a version 10 standard and when i check the licenses i have no PRO and no Tool-chains and i am registered as a free user , and as you can see i can ”Upgrade to Professional” but i have paid for the the upgrade already
