Dear FlowCode Experts,
I own a FlowCode v8 for PIC 8 personal license.

Now, I also want to run FlowCode v10 free license for Hobbyist on the same PC. Will they conflict with each other?

No there should not be any conflict at all.
You should be able to run several different versions at the same time.

As per Martin's email, I'm running every version from v5 on my laptop without any issue at all.
