Flowcode Support Board

Hello
when I try to activate the Flowcode 10 software (Standard version),
I´ll get an error message:
"Failed to connect
Die Zertifizierungsstelle ist ungültig oder fehlerhaft."
What can I do to activate the software?

Some additional infos:

- first start of Flowcode 10 (Standard version)
- screen "Chose licence"
- Button "My Flowcode Licence"
- Enter name and Password
- Button "Activate..."
- Error message "Failed to connect..."

I provided some screenshots. OS is Windows 7, 32 bit
Network is working

That message is showing there is a connection problem between Flowcode and our website. Perhaps there is a firewall on your PC that is preventing the communication. Or maybe there is another application on your PC which is causing the communication to fail. You could try white-listing Flowcode within any anti-malware applications on your PC. Also maybe try in Windows safe mode to see if that also prevents the communication.
