cant register v10.

HI,
i have just purchased upgrade to v10 but cant register v10. i get error 1073741819
can you help?

Hi Stuart.
I have just checked and I can see you do have a key attached to your account and you are at v10 pro status.
Can you please confirm Flowcode also shows it as a professional version?

Hi Stuart, I'm here to help you get your issue sorted.
I have refreshed your licence.
Can you run Flowcode and on the start screen select Licensing>Manage>My Flowcode Licence and reenter your account name and password.

Allow Flowcode to be reloaded and then on the start screen select Licensing>View and take a screenshot.
you can either post the screenshot or if you want to keep the information private you can PM me the screenshot.

If during any of the processes you still have an issue that won't allow you to enter the account name, password etc like an error code, can you post a screenshot of the error code, and I will get it investigated.

Hi Martin,

i have resolved the error. it was due to not restarting my pc recently. your software has a timer in it and it errors out if your pc has been running too long.
