Flowcode Support Board

Good morning,

I've just spoken to support via phone and been advised to post on here for further technical discussion.
We have a 10 user license for Flowcode v9 and wish to deploy it to our classroom machines. Can you please confirm the following?

• are there any parameters required to do a silent install and activation of Flowcode (we use SCCM to deploy software)

• is the license based on concurrent usage i.e. can we install on multiple classrooms but only 10 students can use it at once

• do we require a different key for multi-user as per the FAQ page https://www.flowcode.co.uk/faq/?a=07
  if so can you send the multi-user key to the email address on our account please?

You should have been sent a document explaining the procedure to activate client PCs within your network. I will PM this to you shortly. This should answer most of your questions.

Our 10-user academic licences can be installed on as many computers as required as long as only 10 students are using them concurrently.

You will not need another licence key. If you are using the latest version (currently v10) then we do provide separate student licences that can be used by your students at home. More details are in this FAQ. This is in addition to the client licences that you install on the network in your institution.
