Is there any possibility of adding an AD9834 or the AD9833 (or both) to the DAC list?
The AD9834 has a 10 bit phase accumulator giving the ability of phase shifting at .35 degrees. The AD9833 has a 12 bit phase accumulator giving it .1 degree phase shifting.
At least that's what I'm find on the interwebs.

Hello,

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll take a look at them for you and see how easy they would be to add.

Curious!
Any word on adding the AD9834 DDS?
After doing some research on the AD9833, AD9834 and AD9835 the AD9834 incorporates both the FSelect and the PSelect having the register option of being toggled by pin and/or software.

Hello,

I've had a go at a component for you, it should be available now from the library updates in v11. Just make sure you do a full component update and it should be there.

If you have a go then please let me know how you get on.

Thank you BenR
Appreciate you taking the time to add the AD9834.
Any possibility of adding it to V10?
I'm using V10.
I downloaded V11 a few weeks ago, but V11 is giving me troubles installing last I tried to install it.

I was able to get V11 installed and did a full component update.
I do not see the AD9834 in the list of DAC's in V11.
Tried searching for the ad9834 but came up nothing.
Is it possible to add the AD9834 to V10?
Reason I'm asking is I purchased the V10 8-bit pics just before and realizing V11 was going to be released and would like to keep using V10.
If it's not possible to add the AD9834 to V10 can I move the 8-bit pic V10 license over to V11?
I'm planning on purchasing the pro version for the oscilloscope feature, but sure to purchase the V10 or the V11.

I'd suggest moving to v11. I'm biased obviously, but I think it's better than v10 and will receive more updates from us over the coming months and years.

When did you buy the v10 chip pack? Maybe we can transfer it over for you?

Bought the PIC-8 on July 21 2025.

Bought the BL0011and BL0114 to learn with in Sept 2025 and plan on purchasing the Professional for the oscilloscope and other tools it has.
