Flowcode Support Board

Does anyone recommend or know of any online tech school having courses on programing microcontrollers?

I searched and looked at a few but they are not helpful.
Most are hard to understand Indian instructors and the material is dated.
Not to mention they really just show how to blink a LED or the typical hello world criteria.
