Legal to sell V9 license?

Can I transfer ownership from myself to someone else? I don't seem to have the time to put it to use and I would like to recoup some of the expense.

We certainly can't stop you from doing this however it's not something we condone and we wouldn't want you to do it via our forums.
If you are to sell a license on then you must do this.
The original licensee must not carry on using the software after the sale; otherwise it will be infringing copyright. It must make its own copy of the software "unusable."
