Hello, I am using a pic 30f4013, configuring with a 8 mhz HS quartz, using the internal canbus and setting the speed to 250 kbp in effective output
oscilloscope I find myself 50 kbps, setting XT w / PLL 8x in effective output I find myself +/- 250 but if I insert a delay time of 1ms it is not respected.

For delay times to be correct, you need to change the clock speed setting for the project,
this should now be x8 (for the PLL multiplier)
