License trial error FC9 only 4 days installed

Only 4 days ago I installed CD 9 with the 30-day trial license and today it gives me the following error:
ERROR: NO USER DETECTED IN SESSION, PLEASE TRY RESTART FLOWCODE AND TRY ACCESS THIS SCREEN AGAIN.
I have a valid username. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it.
Language changed to Japanese appears and command icons are shaded.
what's going on ?, thanks

There should be no need to reinstall. Does the Licensing panel show the same message when you restart Flowcode?
And foreign languages are not currently implemented in Flowcode. We are working on a Chinese translation, but there are no plans for Japanese. The language option in Global Options should currently be disabled. Can you please give more details on what you are seeing.

The Chinese characters in the disabled Language box in Global Options screen is normal.
Does the "no user detected" message appear when you restart Flowcode? Just close Flowcode and then start it from the Windows 'Start' menu. Do not open a project. Instead, select "Licensing...Licensing" from the 'Home" menu.
The Command Icons are disabled when your project is simulating. If you select "Debug...Stop" then the icons will be available again.

When FC9 starts it selects license and it gives me the following error mentioned above:

yes, i did and it worked for 4 days, then it failed
