Flowcode 9 crashes

As a new user, I have just installed Flowcode9 and Toolchains for 8bit PIC and AVR/Arduino.
This is running under the 30 day trial license
I then applied Library updates.
When I try to create a new Project, Flowcode crashes with this error:
wglGetProcAddress("wglChoosePixelFormatARB") failed
It doesn't make any difference if I select different devices.

Hello,
Does this crash prevent Flowcode from working or is it just a message that appears which can be ignored?
This is a known issue that has been covered on these forums a number of times, for example here:

Hi,
In my case the application crashes and is unresponsive, and can only be closed by ending the task in windows.
I have changed the graphics engine setting, and this has resolved the issue.
Clearly I didn't search the forum very well. Thanks for your help!
