Thank you very much for the attachment. It solved my problem.

You scared me about the lockdown mode, to be sure i never end in this mode, which bits of the configuration can cause this lockdown mode ?

erase 18F2580 fail

Erasing the 18F2580 always fail with ppp V3.9.12.26. The autodetect of the 'configure picmicro' work well, he detects the correct chip. I've programmed the chip ones (with a good verify), then after a change in the source i created a new hex-file and programmed the chip. Now i get an verify error me...

I've got a new programmer board from my distrubutor and now my problems are resolved. So it was an hardware fault on my first programmer board.

USB unknown device

When i start 'PPP v3'. Klick on 'Configure PICmicro' and then on the 'OK' button. I get the an error : Access violation at ... Even when i uninstall and install the PPP v3 program. I think that i got this error message because when i connect my multiprogrammer board with the USB port, i get an error...
