my labptop USB cutomdevice displayed matrix USB picmcro programmer. When i clicked the option-autodect in pppv3 which displayed V3 error: usb cable is connected. do i have to connect to particular USB port of my labtop

hi, i bought a multiprogammerEB-006-00-7 unfortunately,The my laptop recognized the USB of the programmer but the pppv3 doesn't. My labtop is window vista system.
