Hi Guys,
I m using Hp-488 board to program my PIC18f452, I just wanted to know the maximum and minimum oscillating frequencies of the RC Oscillator. The XTAL has the frequency of 19.6 Mhz. But i need to use RC and i need its frequency values.

I am using socket U40 for my PIC18F452, while socket U18 has the built-in 16F88, i have not removed it, it came with the board and i think its non-removable

I am using Windows 7 , could that be a problem, but if it is then why it is detecting and programming the builtin PIC16F88????

Tried plugging and re-plugging several times, also nothing is connected to portB. I am using HP-488 board not the Eb006. I have updated the driver also but still the same message "Could not ID the on-board device". :/
