Re: PWM LED question
Thanks Benj, I tried to do just what you did last night and I could not get the flash macro to appear in the call stack. What did I do wrong in the creation of the macro? I really appreaciate all of the work that you do on this forum , but I really do wish that there was a Flowcode for dummies video...

Re: PWM LED question
Benj, Thanks for the new code but I have one more question. In my orginal code I ramped the led up to 50 % then flashed it before ramping back down. I tried to put the flash in the main code but that didn't work so I then tried it in the ramp up macro but I do not get the flash . can you steer me in...

PWM LED question
I am a newbie here using flowcode and I have a question on the code that I have written. I am ramping up a LED flashing it and ramping it back down . My problem is that the LED still has a low glow after it has been ramped down. Is this a code issue or a hardware issue. I am driving the LED from the...

12F683 chip problems
Whenever I choose a 12F683 chip, my flowcode crashes and will not run. It does not do this with any other chip so I am assuming that the chip file is corrupt. What is the best method for correcting this issue.
Thanks !

12F683 chip crashes
Hello,
I have a problem when I choose a 12F683 chip my Flowcode crashes. Is this a corrupt fcf file ? If so where can I get a new 12F683 .fcf to replace my corrupt one. also can I just delete and paste the new file in the directory?
Thanks,
J Walthall

Re: Reading RC imput
Hi Benj,
I want to read a signal from a radio control receiver. I really don't understand what I need to read as the signal has a range of 1ms to 2ms pulse. There is no high or low value.
Thanks,
Jim Walthall

Reading RC imput
Ok I am asking for help again. I am trying to read a RC imput to switch on and off an output on a 12F629 PIC. Is there any sample code out there that I can see to try and figure this out. All I want to do is set the pin high when the PIC sees the 2 ms signal and then low when it see anything else. T...

Re: Combining two flowcharts
Thanks Steve and Benj . This is a great forum as no question goes unanswered. I did cut and past last night and things worked fine but I did not need to move any Macros. Wil try that later. Once again thanks for the help.

Re: New user help !
Hi sean, Here is what I have . If I use a 720 CPR encoder I will have 2 pluses per deg. I will then need the display to read 00.0 to 99.9 . I would also need some guidance on how to reset the display to zeros with a button on an input pin. Also I am unclear of the input pins for the encoder. This is ...

Re: New user help !
Sean, Thanks for the reply. Yes I agree that this is not the best thing for me right now. I will figure out the encoder pulses and get back to you. I would really appreciate your help on this as I need to get this project going and this is the part that is slowing things up. I am sure that once I se...

When I go to the view menu it shows the chip is checked . I uncheck it and then recheck but the chip does not show up. Any t...

Hello, I am a new user and new to programming microcontrollers so I am really lost. I need to develop a display that will read an encoder and display the counts on either an LCD or quad 7 segment LED. I have found a thread where some one posted reading an encoder and displaying it on a LCD but I can...
