I have a LCD display which I want to connect to a PIC. The trouble is is that it isn't working, and i'm not sure why. The LCD Display has the connectors at the top, which I believe is corect. The Software allows for 4 data buses, but the display has eight. I was wondering if I connected these wrong....

Does anyone know if a)there is an 80 pin chip that actually has EEPROM, or b)if there is a way to communicate to an external EEPROM chip?
