Cannot post in Flowcode v4 forum despite registering

Hi, bit of a problem

Have just installed V4 and am attempting to post a problem in the appropriate area on the forum. I have gone through 'online resources' and have registered my username and email address but, 12 hours later, have recieved no email confirmation etc and can still not post in the V4 forum when logged in. Any help is much appreciated.
