Hi
have you tried to activate by adding your username and password from your new matrix account (the one you created to download beta)
Manual activation will only work if you have a lic file

Hello.
I think Dave has posted on the website about an issue with the .key file. This is the file that provides you with all your license information and at the moment is downloading an empty file - he is looking into that, hopefully it will be resolved soon.
