hello,
i want what pic should i use to make a clock that counts seconds minutes and hours using 6 led7seg ?

What's your budget?

You could use pretty much anything from a 18 pin to a 40 pin device.

As Kanishka says the 16F877 is a fairly nice device but a bit old. A 16F1937 is similar but much newer, more capable and probably cheaper to buy too.
