usb driver for vista 32/ 64 system

hello,
i have some problems with the usb driver.
first : On my laptop I run a Vista home premium 32bit intel system and I have some problems when i try to send the program to the buggy.
The program refuses to download with te message
USB Write Failed

Failed with error 997: Overlappende I/O-bewerking wordt uitgevoerd.
translated : overlapping I/O is being executed

sometimes it helps when i connect the usb cable to another usbport , somethimes it doesn't. Can anyone help me ?

second: At my school we have new computers with a vista 64 bit system. On this systems the usbdriver refuses to install saying i need a 64 bit version
of the program.
Do you have the correct usb driver ?

Firstly to remove the USB write failed problem please follow this support FAQ.

With the write failed error, the latest version of the programming tool will remove this problem. (Note the problem is just a warning it does not affect the programming or the running of the code)
