Don't think you have posted the correct project file as you have not changed the LCD or the flowchart to try and work with 16x4 LCD.
If you have posted correct flowchart file then if you want to learn you must try and solve it yourself.
It's odd that the flowchart shows

This is a free/demo version of Flowcode
but it looks like a professional version is used.
That's confusing?
