Hi all,

As you might noticed I'm building a second version of my aquarium controller. The progress I have made is good and the main unit is almost finished, I jus need to do some finall tweaking and adding some details to the overall menu.

I can read up to 4 temperature sensors 2 PH probes 1 ORP probe and CO2 Pressure. all of these sensor devices has its one programmed alarm. I have one (system) Status LED that show the state of the system. If this LED burns continues than the system works OK and no alarm values are triggered, the status light blink in a certain style and give the user a visual feed back that a alarm has been triggered.

I have made a little button with a warning illustration, by pressing this button the user enters a sub screen that was ment to show the error message such as:

"12:56 - P1 Alarm Tripped" something like that (P1 is temperature Probe1)

When another alarms is tripped say CO2 pressure to high or something then I need to look like this:

"13:02 - CO2 Alarm Tripped"
"12:56 - P1 Alarm Tripped"

and so on.

I'm not sure how to do this maybe you guys can give me some tips ore ideas where I can work from.

Regards Jordy

As far I understood, when user enter into the sub-menu by pressing a button...he will see one or multiple error msg depending on the alarms that already triggered..Is that you are planning?

If so, where are stacked now...in displaying that msg in gLCd or deciding what to display depending on alarms?

Hi,
I actually meant what help actually you need? Is that regarding display in gLcd which I guess not. Is that how to detect different alarms and display corresponding alarm in sub-menu ?
