Problems installing PPPv3 on Win7 64bit Intel based Dell PC

Hello,
I just received a kit with the EB-006 board and try to install it on my Dell M6600 Notebook, which runs under Win7 (64bit).
I previously installed FlowCode - installation was fine working...
Now I installed dpinst_amd64 from the drivers\EB-006 directory ...
Then I installed from the same CD from the software\PPPv3 directory the PPPv3 application ...
During installtion everything was fine ... finished with ready to use ...
When calling the PPPv3 program I received a message NTPORT.DLL missing ...
I found a NTPORT.DLL in the Forums help and copied it as requested into the PPPv3 directory ...
I still get the same error message when starting the PPPv3 program : NTPORT.DLL is missing ??
What did I do wrong - please ?
