Connection between two bluetooth cards

Hi !
I woud like to create a wireless brake with 2 microchips 16F896 and 2 Eblocks 024 (bluetooth communication).
The project is, when I turn a potentiometer, the signal is send by the first Eblock to the second one to action a servomotor which will pull a cable.
I've created a flowcode programm for the reception, and it worked between a computer and the reception card. But their is any communication between the emission card and the reception card.
