Hi,

Just a little question, is the EB072 ziff adapter still compatible with the new EB006V9 ?

Regards,

Bernard

Hi
The only problem I can see is the EB006 V9 does not have the 2 rows of headers that the EB072 plugs onto fitted as standard, like on the earlier boards, so you would need to solder these in yourself. (This could void the warranty)

I believe once this is fitted the board is only usable as a programmer, and not as a development board with the e-blocks etc.
I'm sure Matrix will be able to give a definite answer.

Thanks for the reply. I think I will just buy a couple of ziff sockets to plug directly on baseboard

I have 40 pin zips on some if my boards. I find the smaller ones dont really need it.
It does cover the
28 pin socket between the 40 pin connectors though.
I use Aries sockets, find thy fit no problem.
Not tried it on the V9 board yet but it works on the others.
