mistake upgrade Flowcode 6.0.7.0

Hello,
i have upgrade Flowcode 6.0.7.0 installed. Then I got the message, that I hadn't a license for this product. Please can you correct the mistake. I would be obliged if do it without delay correct. I am still waiting on your answer to my complaint from the 2014.15.03. I'm very angry and can't advise the product Flowcode V6. I consider my complaint still upright.

Have you tried activating Flowcode after the upgrade? That solved the issue for me.

I got the same message.

If you click on help inside flowcode and select activate then enter your user and password.

thank you for the messages. The activate dialog said my Flowcode 6.0 is activated. If I insert my Username and passwort, I get the error message "Username not found". The employee from Matrix Multimedia wrote in the e-mail from 14.10.2013 that this proplem is resolved. As you see the statement is not believable.

Try logging on to http://www.matrixmultimedia.com/accounts/index.php. Use the same user name and password for activation. Or (after logging in) go to the manual registration page and use the instructions found there.

thank you for the message. Regrettably has the manual registration not correctly worked. First I get the message the registration was successful. Then after few minutes I get the message the registration app can't start. You can see this in the appendix

thank you for the help. After PC restart, two registration and some Flowcode V6 starts was the registration successful.

Hello,

It seems the online automatic registration has issues with non-basic characters, the umlaut in your username was causing the issues.

I have replaced the 'ü' with a 'u' so your automatic registration should work now.
