Matrix user forums

Hi folks.. I have posted up a request for someone to help me.. OKAY..
medelec35 - replied.. and then I viewed my reply via the email return address.. I got to the reply messages.. Martin asked me to post the HEX file so that he could look at it..
How do I do this please.. no where on the reply that I read, is there anywhere, that I can reply / post up an attachment file for Martin (medelec35).
I do not find a reply icon.. I do not find a post icon.. nothing...
Sorry for my stupidity - but I just do not do forums... obviously...

I remember when I started using forums for the first time, I di not have a clue how to post an attachment either.
