DLL macros not suitable for simulation of embedded one

The interface manager allows choosing DLL based macros as simulation macros for embedded macros. However, DLL macros are not executed. A hidden embedded macro needs to be created to 'wrap' the DLL macro before it gets called. Either the interface manager should not show the DLL macro in the simulation macro dialog or the call should work...
