I have the HP512-03 Protostation and need a newer schematic diagram of the function generator or at least a correct guide for using the Sine output signal as this is quite different than the document HP512-01 shows. The symbols on the board indicate that a connection to +V is required but the XR2206 doesn't support this. Can someone explain the correct usage.

Sounds like this is what you need. You should be able to take the output from the signal generator output junctions as is and run it through a load to ground.
