PIC16LF1907 support

Post by sanfr »

Hi,

I bought a few PIC16LF1907 as they were priced extremely cheap(0.70$/chip) from a local electronic store.

After returning back home when I opened Flowcode I came to know it is not listed in Flowcode v5 device list.

Also its not listed in PICkit2 programmer device list but it still says all LF devices are supported. Now even if I might be able to burn Hex file to my MCU, how will I be able to make a programme without Flowcode as it is the only way I can do.

Is there anyway I can use it with Flowcode? If yes then which version of Flowcode supports it?

Any advice/ help /guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks & regards
Sanfr

I'll get these devices on the list for Flowcode v7.

The PIC compiler in Flowcode v6 and earlier does not support the device so adding it is not an easy task. We have a new compiler in the wings for v7 which should allow us to support all devices.
