I get an email with the news of the launch of Flowcode 7, think I can take advantage of the upgrade cost; I have flowcode 3, 4, 5 and 6, but ask me the username and email to upgrade cost, and a window that does not identify the user name with the mail appears; I change the password, uppercase, lowercase, but still can´t identify, I can do?

Could you PM me your Flowcode 6 username so i can check it.
To take advantage of any Flowcode discounts you will need to login to the matrix accounts system here: http://www.matrixtsl.com/accounts/login.php
Then afterwards visit the page: http://www.matrixtsl.com/flowcode/buy/purchase.php
This should highlight all the boxes which give you a 50% discount. You will need a browser with javascript enabled to see this as well.
