Add SSD1926 gLCD component

The PIC32 Starter Kit (PIC32MX360F512L) target option would be much more useful if the gLCD component (SSD1926) were available.
Thanks we will investigate this display.
In the meantime Johnsondav posted a topic about creating your own GLCD components if you fancy having a go at it yourself.
