Problem with registration

I bought the key for the full package
the program took the key but it does not work!
And he does not see a license!
Help!!!

The program saw the license only after the activation of the trial version .....
That is how it should be ?

Hi Osta,
I've just taken a look at your purchase and it appears you have only selected the Professional Feature pack, this entitles you to use your code commercially but provides no additional functionality other than the free chips and components.
To compile you may also need a chip pack and component pack. Looking at your v7 license it appears you had most if not all chip and component feature packs so you should be entitled to 50% discounts on any upgraded pack.
