Is it latest ?
If not how can I update ?

Currently there is only one version of Flowcode 8 available so yes the application is up to date.

You can download the latest components, definitions and CAL code by using the Help -> Check for updates menu.

We are working on a 8.1 release which will be coming fairly soon.
