Problem with upload codes for ECIO40P

Hi!
Got a new computer
Technical data:
Windows v10
Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB
64-bit operating system
Hardisk type DDS
The problem is that Flowcode v8 did not can upload to ECIO40P
Code example: Compiler Messages
The same problems as above apply for MIAC dsPIC type: MI5409 and MIAC (Arduino) type: MI5466
It is impossible for me to be able to upload codes to these 3 units
Also, can't get enough on trying to install Driver device
Do you / have suggestions for what needs to be done to make these units seem stable.
Have tried very much but without success;-)
I will be very happy if someone will help with the above problems.
