Hi Ben

On PIC32Mz2048ECG100 Pin C14 is not working as an input.
I suspect there is the second oscillator configuration where the problem on this PIN caused.

The pin has 2.0 Volt DC
How can I config it?

Hi Ben

The Pin is working as an output. I put a Led on the output and when I start the board, the Led is ligthing a litle. (2 Volt)
But when the program set the pin to low, then Led stop to ligthing and if the program set the pin to high the Led is ligthing full.(3.3 Volt)

So it's solved....
