ADC1 was there and working good until I accidently oversized it and it completely filled the panel to the extent that I was then unable to select it to resize back to normal. After closing the project and reopening as that seemed the only option, it has now vanished.
There are some switches and Leds left over from a previous project on there not doing anything which I may use as this progresses.
Any help finding it would be greatly appreciated!

Easily done.

If you right click anywhere on the 2D panel and select Properties, at the top you will find a a white box with a drop down arrow. Click the arrow and it will show a list of all components on the panel. Select the one you want and it will be highlighted.

I've made it visible for you, but no doubt you will want to properly resize etc.
