mLoader_4.0.0.1 and BL080 no function

I installed Flowcode 8 on a new Windows 10 laptop from DELL. I installed the drivers for the BL-0080 from the directory C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Flowcode v8 \ Drivers \ E-blocks2. The USB driver works without errors.

When I call the mLoader it doesn't communicate with the programmer.

When I want to program the chip on the BL-0080 from Flowcode, the USB LED on the board flashes. But it doesn't program.
The Gohst functions seem to work.

I repeated the installation several times, ran the mLoader as administrator, installed a Windowa10 per version always the same result, it doesn't program!
Does anyone have any idea what else I can do.
Everything worked without problems on my old Windows 7 computer.

Hello,
Do you have more then one copy of mLoader open? Or do you have more than one E-block connected to your computer?
You version of mLoader looks correct but the about window looks different to mine. Which version of Flowcode 8 are you running? Current is v8.2

Hello Benj,
I only opened the mLoader once to test it. I downloaded and installed Flowcode in December 2019.

The mLoader is started from the flow code directory.
The mLoader was also downloaded separately and started with the same bad result.

Many thanks.
It be worth installing all the latest Windows updates including any visual C++ related updates as these might be having an impact on the function of mLoader on your system. Which build of Windows 10 are you currently running?
Windows Key + R then type in winver and press ok.

Do you have access to another PC to see if this can see the board inside the mLoader software.

The mLoder with the BL0080 works on my laptop in my company (also a Dell with Windwos10).

Ok thanks for confirming, it sounds like Flowcode can talk to the board but mLoader can't on that one machine so it is obviously missing something.
That maybe gives us something to go on to hopefully get this fixed for you.
