Several years ago I had purchased the professional license for Flowcode v5 for dsPIC

It installed on a PC with Windows XP and has been working without any problems for many years .
Now due to some problem with the hard disk (dead) . I had to reinstall the Windows XP SP3 again and all my programs that I have installed on this PC .
Now when I try to activate the Flowcode v5 for dsPIC fail .

The key and user name that I use to activate the program is :

License Keys
Product: Flowcode V5 For dsPIC
License: Professional
Key: xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-DZX7PJ ( This is CD Key ? )

These are the only registration data I have, I think I'm missing the Reg Key .

Also when trying to activate the program via internet conection fail ( server not found ) .
Any solution ?

Hello,

To reactivate the software you need to enter your CD key leaving the username field blank.

Once you have done this you should then have an email from us from your original activation. Simply enter the username and key from this original activation email.

If you cannot find the original email then please let us know and I will dig out your username and key pair for you.

as you can see in the photos below .
when I press the Activate button, I see this the message :
( Failed to connect
The certificate authority is invalid or incorrect )

Can i send you a PM with my name and a CD Key to send me name and activation code .

Sorry we are all currently out of the office and I didn't end up going in last week. I'm hopefully in again on Tuesday so if I can I'll have a look for you then.

Do you still have your original email from us from when you first registered? That contained your registration details and it is this information you need to complete the process.

Unfortunately I don't have the original email with activation details , ( it's been several years since then ) .
I have sent you a PM message since Mar 18, 2020 with the only activation data that I have , ( CD key , name ) .

Flowcode v8 30-day trials have been reset now so this could allow you to do some work using Flowcode in the mean time.
