Is the PCA9685 12bit 16ch PWM driver available for flowcode 8, if not can it be?

I have seen reference that it is in the output section but I only have 2 options, the internal one and a relay one.

It is possible I have missed an update, I am running v8.2.0.12

Based on a lack of a response can I assume that this not available in FC8.
