Help with maths

Hello there, im new here...
I just bought flowcode and the programmer for some personal pic development... So far ive had alot of fun and made some very useful gadgets, especially for our track day car..
Currently im messing about with another project. I have interfaced my Etrex GPS to my 16f877 and im stuck with something.. not that ive got that stuck in at the moment, its more to do with flowcode itself...
I have no idea what calculations are possible with flowcode (or C for that matter as i have no experiance with that). Can someone please give me a list of possible math functions?
Really i am interested in performing a trig operation, i want to work out how much of an angle is required to turn a moving object.
To give some back ground on this (if anyone is still interested at this point
), i have built a simple buggy holding the gps, just for fun, i want to give it a gps coordinate and have it get itself there (no obstacles). Im trying to work out how to get the buggy to turn on a bearing to the target, but to be honest, i dont want to take a simple route around it (if there is one). I would rather use something like trig as it may be useful in the future for me...
If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly apprecheated.
Thanks in advance chaps..
