Flowcode Update

Have just tried to update my 10 licence version of Flowcode V3(PIC)
first uninstalled Fcode then Upgrade
when I try to run Fcode I get message

Cannot find import ; DLL may be missing corrupt or wrong version File "UxTheme.dll" error 126

Tried uprgrade do not enter licence key no succcess so tried again and entered licence key then got a message from Matrix
I have to use this software at 11.00 colck for Classroom help !

The latest update will only work with Windows XP and Windows Vista. If you need Win98/WinME compatability, you will need to use the version you have on the CD.

Also, you should not need to re-enter your licence code. The old one will be remembered, even if you uninstall Flowcode.
