Hallo Benj
If i select standart settings in the view option,v4 crash complete.
I cannot open the head-tap.

I don't understand what you mean by "standard settings" and "head-tap". Can you please explain more?

OK.
I select "view" > "optionen..." > restore defaults than the skin change to E and "use tabs" is mark with a hook.
After new start flowcode , i cannot open the main-windows by click the tabs.

There is an issue with tabs that has been corrected in v4.1 (if you try to click "tabs" in the options screen, then there is a message saying "coming soon"). You should click this in the options screen and make sure it is unticked.
If you are still having problems, then you should close Flowcode, and then set the "Tabs" entry in the following registry location to 0:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\matrixmm\FlowCodeV4\Options
